Why I Started This Blog

At 15, I lost my mother to ovarian cancer — a loss that reshaped my world.

Grief became a constant companion, influencing my journey through betrayal, heartbreak, and the complexities of mental health. There was a time when I felt utterly lost, experiencing extreme anxiety attacks and questioning if I’d ever feel “normal” again.

But through therapy, self-care, and a commitment to healing, I discovered resilience I didn’t know I had.

I’ve learned to turn pain into power, and now, I’m here to help you do the same.
